Making creative careers more accessible to underrepresented communities by highlighting the awareness gap problem


The advertising industry has a diversity problem. It begins with how hard it is for historically excluded groups to even learn about its careers. It was pure luck and fate that I even discovered advertising. I was a college student who loved writing and Berlin (two of those three things are still true) when I had a chance conversation with a stranger in a park who mentioned Miami Ad School. I noticed that they had a location in Berlin and well, here we are today.

We won silver in the U.S. Cannes Young Lions print competition for our print ad.
