A parody TV network that captures the true North Pole spirit: the story of Santa everyone else who lives there


Every holiday season, Google lets people experience the North Pole by exploring Santa’s Village: an immersive month-long experience full of games and videos.

But Santa doesn’t do it alone. Obviously. Don’t you watch the North Pole Broadcasting Channel?



Best of all? Our parody TV show campaign earned 22 million impressions across social. Without any paid media.

As the main copywriter on the campaign, I was responsible for writing and concepting fun, festive content on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for shows like...

     
     

...that were SNOW joke to Google’s millions of followers. Our 40+ posts in December were bespoke to specific touchpoints in Santa’s Village, so we could tell a rich and non-linear in-feed story.

On Christmas Eve, NPBC interrupted its normal programming to follow Santa's trip around the world.
